Atena Joalharia Lda. has a wide range of jewelery products that it offers its customers, namely rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and other articles in gold and silver, through the online store www.atenajoalharia.pt

Atena Joalharia Lda. reserves the right to modify at any time the information presented on products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions. Prices and promotions are valid during the period indicated in the promotional campaign, except for spelling, photographic, or out of stock errors.

Information about our products

Atena Joalharia strictly follows all the necessary procedures to ensure that all images, descriptions and prices of products presented in the online store are correct. However, there may be situations in which product information, including prices and promotions, has not been published correctly. In these cases, we reserve the right not to send orders with these products. Orders may also not be shipped for other reasons as an out of stock product; inability to obtain payment authorization; or order considered fraudulent.

Security

Atena Joalharia guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers in the user registration and in the purchase process. This security is provided by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts the communications generated between the client's computer and our server, so that they cannot be intercepted.

Pricing policy

All prices shown in the online store include the value of VAT at the legal rate in force and payments are made in Euros.

All products are shipped from Coimbra, Portugal. Therefore, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties at the entrance to the country of destination. The payment of this fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

The delivery time is 8 working days for orders to Portugal, and 10 to 20 working days for other countries. Atena Joalharia is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with the contract by carriers for reasons unrelated to our company. All shipments can be tracked using an identification number.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Any order contract carried out on the website https://www.atenajoalharia.pt can be freely resolved under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, with the user being responsible for the costs of return. To this end, the user must return their order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, and send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the purchase invoice attached, and indicating whether exchange the product (s) or be refunded.

Atena Joalharia Lda. Does not accept any return sent with postage to be paid or a counter refund, committing itself to refund the user within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the resolution under the terms of article 12 of Decree- Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February or the business day following receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, whichever is the last.

The refund of payments will be made through the same payment method that was used by the user in the initial transaction or by bank transfer, if the payment method used does not allow it.

Atena Joalharia accepts returns for new products, complete and in the original product packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or streaked. When we receive returns that do not meet these conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. After examining the returned product, the customer will be informed as soon as possible of the right or not to return the amounts paid.

If the product meets the conditions for exchange or return, Atena Joalharia will send the customer a new product or refund the amount paid within 14 days, from the date of arrival of the returned product.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is higher than the initial value of the same, the user will have to pay the difference, using one of the payment methods available on our website.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is less than the initial value of the same, or in case of return, the user can choose one of the following ways of refunding the amount paid in excess:
1) Shopping voucher (valid for 60 days from the date of issue for use in future purchases at https://www.atenajoalharia.pt); or
2) Refund by bank transfer to account to be indicated

When making a return from a country outside the European Union, you must mark the order with the words "BENS DEVOLVIDOS / GOODS RETURNED" to avoid customs costs. Atena Joalharia Lda. Is not responsible for costs and fees imposed on orders returned by customs.

We also inform you that personalized products cannot be returned.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Consumer Disputes Arbitration Center of the District of Coimbra, with a website at www.centrodearbitragemdecoimbra.com and headquartered at Av. Fernão Magalhães, Nº. 240, 1º, 3000-172 Coimbra. More information on the consumer portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt
